How a shopper pays you
Four ways need no gateway: the shopper pays you directly. Card and FPX run through CHIP once you switch them on, and that CHIP account can be your own. The fee comes from your wallet, never from the shopper's payment.

How this works
With your own CHIP account connected, every online payment settles straight into it, so the money never passes through the platform. Copy your Brand ID and a live key from the CHIP Merchant Portal, paste them into shop settings, and save. The fee still comes from your prepaid wallet after a sale, never out of the shopper's payment.
How the parcel reaches them
The courier account is yours, never ours. Shopayla never pays a courier and never adds a margin, so a parcel costs exactly what your courier charges you.
Book it from the order
A paid order books its own consignment, and the number the courier returns is written onto it.
Typing it yourself still works
Type a tracking number, or hand the parcel to any courier at all. Connecting is a convenience, never a condition.

How this works
Sender and receiver follow MS 2781:2023, the Malaysian standard for logistics addresses, so one address serves Delyva, EasyParcel and every compliant courier after them. Each provider is saved on its own row, and a courier charge settles on your courier account, never through the wallet.
